Indoor Soccer Hourly Field Rental– Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Duration & Fees 

- The rental fee is $100 per hour, payable in advance.  

- A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.  

- Full payment must be made the day of the rental date.  

2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time.  

- Refunds are only available if cancellations are made within the required timeframe.  

- No-shows or late cancellations will result in payment.   

3. Liability & Insurance 

- The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during the rental period.  

- The facility is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.  

- Renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.  

4. Facility Usage Rules**  

- Only **approved soccer equipment** is permitted on the field.  

- No food or beverages (except water) are allowed on the playing surface.  

- Renters must **leave the field promptly** at the end of their rental period.  

5. Code of Conduct  

- Players must **exhibit good sportsmanship** at all times.  

- Any aggressive behavior, foul language, or disrespect toward facility staff will result in immediate removal.  

- Renters must comply with all facility rules and staff instructions.  

6. Maintenance & Clean-Up  

- Renters must remove all personal belongings and dispose of trash properly.  

- Any damage to facility equipment or property must be reported immediately.  

- A **cleaning fee** may be charged if excessive mess or damage occurs.  

7. Security & Supervision

- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.  

- The facility is not responsible for unattended minors.  

- Facility staff may request ID for verification of rental agreements.  

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
